Power to remove difficulties :– (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in consequence of the transition to the said provisions from the provisions of earlier enactments, the Government may, by notification, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty : Provided that no such notification shall be issued after HIe expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act. (2) Every notification issued under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the State Legislature. 50 SCHEDULE ( See Section 59 ) PART I Central Acts
