(1) Every dealer shall maintain such docu- prescr* ments and keep a true account of goods carried, in vation of accounts. such form and in such details as may be prescribed. (2) Accounts referred to in sub-section(]) toge- ther with all vouchers rclating to stocks, deliveries and quantity of goods shall be preserved for at least thrFe years.
