(1) The cost of preparation of record-of- I cost of prb of rights on an application made under sub-section (2) record-or- of section I 1 or such portion thereof as may be ordered mts. shall be borne by the applicants : Provided that where the a~plication is made under clause (b) of the said sub-section the amount recoverable under this section shalI be recovered from all the raiyats of the village including the applicants. (2) The Government may prescribe the manner in which such cost shall be assessed. The cost so assessed shall be '[recoverabl.e as arrears of land revenue]. CHAPTER IV stttlmcnt
