ln this Act, unless the wntext otherwise requ&,- (a) "Eduation Senice Rules" means the Orissa Subordinate Edwtion Service (Gened Branch) Rules, 1972; (b) "Service!' means the Junior -Grade of the Orissa Subordinate Education Seriice (General Branch) comprising of the posts of Assistant Teachers, Headmasters of Middle English Schools and Sub-Inspectors of Schools; , . , (c) words and expressions used in this Act, but not de6ned herein, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them respectively under the Education Service Rules.
