CHAPTER Ill THE CHANCELLORAND OFFICERSOF THE UNIVERSITY ThefollowingshallbetheOfficersoftheUniversity.nanely:— (i) the Vice-Chancellor, (ii) the Directors of Schools. (iii) (vii) the Director.SkillDevelopmentEducationCouncil: the Registrar; the Comptroller Of Fina-,ce: the Controller of Examination: and Suchotherofficersas maybedeclaredby theStatutes to be the officers of the University (1) The Governor Of Odisha shall be the Chancellor of the University. (2) The Chancellorshall by virtueof his officebe the head the Universityand shall when present.presideover the convccat•onsof the Universit y convenedforthepurposeotconferring degreesorforanyother purpose (3) Everyproposalforconfermentofanhonorarydegreesh*l be subjecttc confirmation by the Chancenor.
