All members, officers and employees of the Authority or the concessionaire shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of relevant sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
