(1) The annual accounts of the Council shall be maintained in te such form as may be specified in this behalf by the Government. (2) The annual accounts for eachfinancial year shall be closed by the 30th June of the succeeding year. (3) The account shall be subject to audit by the chartered accountant firm, selected for the purpose by the Government. (4) The audited account along with the report of the auditor shall be placed before the Council by the 30th Septemberfor approval.
