(I) This Act may be called the Orissa State-Aid Short lltbD to Industries Act, 1978. extent and Cornen- rnenl. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) I# shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in that behalf.
