- S. 1(l) This Act maybe called the Orissa Stamp (Imposition of Surcharge) Act, 1974
- S. 2Section increases stamp duties in Odisha by a 10% surcharge, overriding the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
- S. 3Section 3 repeals the Orissa Stamp (Imposition of Surcharge) Ordinance, 1974, but retains actions taken under it.
