In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Staff Selection Commission constituted under the Odisha Staff Selection Commission Rules, 1993; (b) "Government" means the Government of Odisha (c) "recruitment procedure" means a set of instructions issued by the Government in the Health & Family Welfare Department, from time•to time, governing the procedure for recruitment to the posts of Staff Nurses.
