(2) The Chairman sbdl bc the appellate authority in respect of orders ' ' pa8s~d by the Managing Director and shall have powers to call for any infor- mation, document and data pcttaining to the Sports Authority. (3) -Thu Cbairman ha11 be cornpetcnt to appoinl any committee to mqui- re into, arid report on, the, affairs of .the Sports, Authority and all State Level Associations who .receive grants from Govrnment, PmPPr maintmance and up- keep of infrastructum' partly ot wholly funded by the Govement. and to pass such orders thereon as be may consider proper.
