(1) The Government shall, by notification, constitute an ',Authority called - the Sports 'Authority of Orissa which 6hsll be a body corporate having psrpe- Spoh A ~ ~ ~ ~ , tual success~on and a common sml with power, subject to .the provisions of this Act and the rules, to acquire, take over, hold and dtspose of property and ehall, by the said name, suo and be sued.
