Before issue of notification under sub-section (1) of Section 3, the State Government on the report of a High Power Committee constituted for the purpose, shall ensure that the College fulfills the norms and other conditions prescribed or imposed by the Regulatory Bodies in relation to Land, Buildings, Library, Laboratory, Equipments, Computers, Furniture and such other Infrastructure facilities as the State Government may decide.
