(1) The University may, from time to time, prepare its fee structure in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the Regulatory Bodies depending on the course to which the students seek admission. (2) The University shall not charge any fees, by whatsoever name called, other than for which it is entitled under the provisions of sub-section (1). (3) The University shall implement a Scheme for providing concession in fees payable to the University by the students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes community, Economically Weaker Sections and women from the State of Odisha. CHAPTER VI MISCELLANEOUS 37.(1) Subject to the provisions of clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 4, every employee shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be kept in the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned. (2) Disciplinary action against the students or employees shall be governed by the procedure as may be prescribed.
