The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) The Board of Governors; (b) The Board of Management; (c) The Academic Council; (d) The Board of Studies; (e) The Finance Committee; and (f) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the Authorities of the University.
