(1) The Deans of Schools shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed. (2) The Dean of each school shall be responsible for the due observance of the Rules and Regulations in guiding the research activities of faculties. (3) The Deans of Schools shall hold office for a term of three years subject to renewal basing upon performance.
