In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:- (a) "Board of Revenue" means the Board of Revenue constituted under the Orissa Board of Revenue Act, 1951; (b) Words and expressions used in this Act, but not defined herein, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them respectively under the Orissa Settlement and Consolidation Service (Recruitment and conditions of Service) rules, 1976 or under the Orissa Settlement and Consolidation Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980.
