(1) Whoever,not beinga person belongingto any of the of benefits reservedcategorylsecuresadmissioninanyeducationalinstitutionagainst secured on th e basi s of aseatreservedforsuchreservedcategoryorsecuresanyappointment in false Caste theGovernment , LocalAuthorityorinanypublicsectorundertaking orin Certificate. anyGovernmentaidedinstitutionorCo-operative Societyagainstapost reservedforsuchreservedcategorybyproducingafalseCasteCertificate shall,oncancellationoftheCasteCertificatebytheScrutinyCommittee, beliabletobedebarredfromtheconcernededucationalinstitution,oras thecasemaybe,dischargedfromthesaidemployment forthwithandany other benefits enjoyed or derived by virtue o.fsuch admission or appointmentby suchpersonas aforesaidshallbe withdrawnforthwith. (2)AnyamountpaidtosuchpersonbytheGovernmentorby anyotherauthorityreferredtoinsub-section (1)bywayofscholarship, grant,allowanceor intermsofanyotherfinancialbenefitshallbereturned by suchpersonimmediately,failingwhich it shallbe recoveredfrom such person as an arrear of land revenue. (3)Notwithstandinganythingcontainedin anylawfor thetime beinginforce,a personshallbedisqualifiedfor beinga memberof a LocalAuthority,aCo-operative Societyoranyotherstatutorybodyifhe hascontestedfor,orhasbeenelectedto,theseatreservedforanyofthe reservedcategory by producinga Caste Certificatewhich is found to be falseandiscancelledbytheScrutinyCommittee andthebenefits,ifany, obtainedbysuchperson,shallberecoverableas arrearof land.revenue andtheelectionofsuchpersonshallbeterminatedretrospectively.
