(1) This Act may be called the Odisha Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Caste Certificates) Act, 2012. (2) It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
