Functions of the Standing Committee :– The Standing Committees shall perform the following functions, namely– (a) review of the implementation of the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, as far as possible, twice a year; (b) suggesting measures for the removal of difficulties in such implementation or for the improvement thereof, and (c) Such other functions as the State Government may, from time to time, assign to the Committee,
