Protection of action taken in good faith. - No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the appellate authority or the Estate Officer or any other officer duly authorised by the Estate Officer under Sub-section (2) of Section 5 in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
