(ii) Any arrear of land revenue which .is due from , a farmer on account of an estate held by him in farm and i s not pajd oh the latest date of payment fixed for the purpose. (ix) Any money which is recoverable under ,any , law, custom or usage for the time being in force as an arrear of revenue or land revenue or by the process authorised for the recovery of arrears of land revenue or of 'the public revenue or of Government revenue. (x) Any money which is declared by any enact- ment or required by any custom or usage for the time being -in force- . (a) to be a demand or a public demand ; ' (b) to. be recoverable as arrears of a demand or public demand, or as a demand or public demand.
