The powers given by this Act, shall be deemed . to be in addition to, and not in derogation of afiy powers conferred by any other Act for the tibe being in force for the recovery of .any due, debt or demand to which the provisions o f this Act are applicable ; and, save as otherwise expressly provided, no legal remedy shall be affectea by this Act .
