Whenever any property, to which- public as ritisa or such have no manner of right or claim, vests in the ~ ; ~ ~ , P ' t h c Board in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, no such right or claim shall accrue in respect of such - property for so lpng as it continues to remain vested in the Board, anything in this Act or aiy othef law or in any custom or usage havjng the force of law to the contrary not withstanding.
