Transitional arrangement :– The Government may by notification appoint an officer or officers to exercise the powers and perform the functions of a Farmers' Organisation and the Executive Committee there of till such Farmers' Organisation is duly constituted or reconstituted and such Executive Committee assumes office under the provisions of this Act.
