Changes in Farmer's Organisation :– The authority competent to delineate the boundary of a Farmer's Organisation may, in the interest of a Farmer's Organisation in the commanded area by notification and in accordance with the rules made in this behalf - (a) form a new Farmer's Organisation by separating the area from any Farmer's Organisation; (b) increase the area of any Farmer's Organisation; (c) diminish the area of any Farmer's Organisation;
