In Scc~ion 2 of the ~rincipal Act,- of W o n 2. (i) after clause (b), the following c1al;se:shall be kserted, namely :- '@-I) "imtituticln" means any Panchayati Raj Institution or a Municipality'; and (il) after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, pamely : - '(c-1) "Municipality" means a Municipality as defined in the Oriaa o r ~ Act Municipal Act, 1950'. 23 of 1950. bmdmcnt
