The ofrcers apporntgd to the Service shall undergo training for a period of six months oul of whicb three modhs training shall be in Accounts Training School and the rest three months i! the Inserv.ice Trai4lng Institule in studying departmental circulars procedure of dealing with correspondence, ofrce orgalrisations, mai enance of regrsters and records, etc. The offceri may be required to pass an examinatjon to be conducted at the end of the training,
