(l) The Officers promoted to erstwhile Orissa Class II Veterinary Service (Senior Branch), oritv. shall be it the top o[the gradation list foltowed by thouse in the erstwhile Orissa Veterinary Service, Class II (Junior Branch). (2) /nter-se-seniority of officers in the crstwhile Junior and Senior Branches referred to in sub- rule il) shall be determined according to the position assigncd to them by the Commission at the time-of tteir appointment to the posts of their rcspcctive Branches.
