Every licence granted under section 4 shall b0 valid for such period as may be prescribed and may, on ap])lication and payment of the prescribed fee, be renewed from time to time by the prescribed autho1 ity and for such period as may be prescribed, provided the other conditions'referred to in section 6 continue to be fulfilled.
