( 1) This Act may be called the Oi"issa State Roads Tolls Act 1 2010. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. \'-\\ Definitions. ~· ' 2 ( 4) It shall apply to every State Road under the State Government including section thereo·f and every bridoe constructed on or across such State Roads as the State Oovernment may, by notification, specify, from time to time.
