No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or notified authority or person appointed under sub-section ( 1 ) of section 6 or the appellate aulhority in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended lo be done in pursuance of provisions of this Act or rules or order made thereunder.
