(7) There shall be established a fund to be called "The Orissa Rural Infrastructure and Socio-Economic Development Fund" which shall be administered in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The fund shall consist of- (a) all-proceeds of \ax ; (b) any sum granted by Ihe State Government ; and (c) any other sum received from.any source whatsoever.
