No suit or prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or omitted to be done in pursuance of any order of rules made under this Act and no suit or legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or Corporation for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or omitted to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules made thereunder.
