No suit or prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against any person for action taken, anything which is in good faith done or omitted to be done in pursuance of any order or rules made under this Act and no suit or legal proceeding shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or omitted to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules made thereunder.
