(I) Every candidate shall submit to the Director his application, so as to reach him not later than such date as may be notified by the Director in this behalf. (2) With his application a candidate shall submit - (a) evidence that he holds the educational qualification prescribed, (b) certificate of character from the head of the institution at which he last studied and two respectable persons (not being his relative) who are well acquainted with him in private life and are unconnected with his School I College career, (c) evidence of age which shall ordinarily be the certificate granted for passing the Matriculation or Cambridge or Higher Secondary or Secondary School Leaving Ce1 tificate Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent.
