The seniority of officers appointed to the service, in any year shall be regulated in the following manner, namely:- (I) The seniority of officers appointed in the cadre of Livestock Inspectors shall be determined on the basis of their position secured in the list prepared under sub-rule (5) ofrule 11: Provided that the promoted officers shall enbloc the senior to the direct recruits appointed in a particular year.
