In this Act, unless the conteKt otherwise requires- (a) "Municipal Act'' means the Oriiae Municipal Ac1, 1950; (b} "Municipal Council" means a Municipal Council coostituted under the Municipal Act and sha\I include a Notif\ed Area CouncU ~onstitU'ted thereunder; (c) words and expressions used ln this Act shall have the same meaning aa assigned to them respectively, under the Municipal Acr. Orissa Act 2S of 1950.
