In this Act, unless the contexl otherwise requires.- (a) "Government" means the Government of Orissa ; (bJ "Recruitmenl Rules" means the Orissa Mlning and Geology Service Rules. 1976 : (cJ "Service" means the Orissa Mining and Geology Service ; and (dl "Year" means the Calendar year
