Sale price.:- (1) The Government shall, after consultation with the Advisory Committee constituted under sub-section (2) fix the price at which Kendu leaves shall be purchased by them or by any officer or agent from growers of Kendu leaves during any year and shall publish the same in the prescribed manner not later than the 31st day of January of that year and the price so fixed shall not be altered during such year:
