Bar to practise Homoeopathy by unqualified persons :- After the publication of the names of Homoeopathic Practitioners under Section 21 of the Act and after such time as the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, announce, no person other than a registered or listed Homoeopathic Practitioner holding a licence to practise as hereinbefore provided, shall practise or hold himself out whether directly or by implication as practising or being prepared to practise the Homoeopathic system of medicine : Provided that the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions of this section shall not apply in a specified area.
