Bar to suits and other legal proceedings :- (1) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government in respect of an act done in the exercise of the powers conferred by this Act or under the Rules or Regulations made thereunder. (2) No suit or other legal proceedings shall be maintainable against the Board or any member or any officer or employee of the Board or any person acting under the direction of the Board or of the President or of any officer or employee of the Board in respect of anything in good faith done, or intended to be done under this Act or under the Rules or Regulations made thereunder.
