Board to hold examination to test listed Homoeopathic Practitioners :- (1) The Board shall at any time, within a period of three years after the date of publication of the names of 'listed Homoeopathic Practitioners' practising in the State of Orissa the Homoeopathic system of medicine arrange, after giving such previous notice as it thinks fit to hold examinations of all such 'listed Homoeopathic Practitioners' who do not possess the registerable qualifications specified in Sub-section (2) of Section 21. (2) The Board shall by regulations, among others, lay down the fee to be paid, for admission to such examination, the subjects in which the examination 12 shall be held, and the minimum standard of proficiency to pass the examination. (3) Any person who is declared by the Board to have passed the qualifying examination may, subject to the other provisions of this Chapter, be entitled to have his name entered in the register.
