Enquiry before registration :- The Registrar before making an entry in the registers under Sub-section (4) of Section 21 of the names of registered Homoeopathic Practitioner and listed Homoeopathic Practitioner, shall make an enquiry in such manner as may be laid down by regulation under Section 53.
