Procedure to inquiries :- For the purpose of any inquiry held under Clause (b) of Sub-section (1) of Section 25, the Board or Committee, as the case may be, shall exercise the powers of a Commissioner appointed under the Public Servants (inquiries) Act, 1850 (XXXVII of 1850), and the provisions of Sections 5, 8 to 10, 14 to 16, 19 and 20 of the said Act shall, so far as may be, apply to every such inquiry.
