Inspect on of Goshalas.:- The Director or any person authorised by him in this behalf or the Registrar may enter into and inspect any Goshala or any place appertaining to such Goshala for the purpose of satisfying himself whether the provisions of this Act and the rules or regulations made thereunder are duly complied with.
