Application to Ordinances and Regulations under the Government of India Act, 1935:-The provisions of this Act shall apply- (a) in relation to any Regulation made by the Governor of Orissa under the section 92 of the Government of India Act, 1935, as they apply in relation to Acts made by the Provincial Legislature of Orissa; and (b) in relation to any Ordinance promulgated by the Governor under section 88 or section 89 of the said Act, as they apply in relation to Acts made under that Act by the Governor. _________
