(3) The term of office of the members specified in clauses(a), (e), (f) and (g) of sub-section (2) shall be three years. (4) The business of the Advisory Council shall be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed. ‘[ (5) The Secretary to the advisory Council shall be nominated by the State Government. (6) No act orpacoeans of the Advisory Council shall be invalig merely by reason of any vacancy among its members or defect in the constitution of the Advisory Council.
