Penalty for disobeying order

Penalty for disobeying order. - Any person oil whom a copy of the order referred to in section 3 or section 4 is served and who does, or willingly permits, any act in disobe dience of such order, shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
