Therules of service for persons appointed to wern™* posts created by an Anchal Sasan under section 89 shall provide— (a) that a certain class of officers and employees shall be transferable by the Collector from one Anchal to another in the district : Provided that the number of posts of that class or grade prescribed for the. Anchal is not thereby exceeded ; (b) that a person transferred to a post shall be subject to the same administrative and discipli- nary control and to the same privileges as to allowances, conditions, etc., as a person appointed directly to the posts ; {c) that the Anchal Sasan shail contribute at a prescribed rate towards the pension or gratuity of such service to the Centralized Ponsion or Provident Fund to be controlled by the.
